Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Himah, the fitness and nutrition tracking service available at himah.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Himah lets you plan and log workouts, track nutrition and progress, follow curated training plans, connect supported wearables, invite friends through the referral program, and optionally work with independent coaches through the coaching marketplace.
Health disclaimer
Himah is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, exercise instructions, nutrition figures, and AI-generated summaries are general fitness information only. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for using weights and techniques appropriate to your own ability.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features require a subscription (monthly or annual), billed through Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from the billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period already started. Prices may change with prior notice — a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for. Statutory refund rights in your country are not affected.
Referral program
The referral program lets you earn rewards or commissions according to the rules shown in the app at the time of the referral. We may adjust or discontinue the program prospectively. Self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse voids the related rewards.
Coaching marketplace
Coaches on the platform are independent providers, not our employees. We facilitate the relationship and payment (including a platform fee) but we are not a party to the coaching itself and are not responsible for a coach's advice. The health disclaimer above applies equally to coach-provided guidance.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no scraping, no interfering with other members' data, no uploading unlawful content, and no using the service to harass others. Progress photos you upload must be of yourself.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it to you (and to anyone you explicitly share it with) in order to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond what mandatory law provides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms; where reasonable we will notify you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
